WHAT IT DOES.
Dashboard. Stock value, units sold, revenue, cost of goods, gross profit, low stock alerts, top sellers, sales by channel and a year chart. Pick any month from a dropdown.
Products. SKU, cost, price, opening stock and reorder level, plus brand, variant, barcode, weight, supplier minimum order, expiry date, photo link and notes.
Stock Log. One row per purchase, sale, return, damaged item or sample. Prices fill in automatically, or type your own.
Reorder list. Everything that is low or out, with suggested order quantity, estimated cost, days of stock left and supplier lead time.
Profit and Loss. Month by month revenue, cost of goods, gross profit, losses, platform fees, shipping costs and net profit.
Data Check. Flags unknown SKUs, negative stock, sales priced at zero, missing costs and capacity limits.
Choose weighted average cost or fixed cost.
Twenty one currencies with symbols, plus exchange rates for costs you pay in another currency.
Platform fees for each sales channel, set up for Etsy, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and more. Edit them to your own rates.
Room for one thousand products and ten thousand stock movements in each file.

HOW IT WORKS.
First, pick your currency and type your shop name. Second, add your products. Third, log every stock movement. Fourth, open the dashboard and pick a month.

Works in recent versions of Excel on Windows and Mac, in Google Sheets and in LibreOffice. In Google Sheets, import the xlsx file and set your locale. Currency symbols and sheet protection show in Excel only. The numbers are correct everywhere.
